Favorite Healthy Energy Smoothie

Prepare following in blender, add frozen juice cubes if desired colder;

Choice of: Freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice; carrot and greens juice; unsweetened pineapple juice; or 1/2 – 2 cupspurified or distilled water with:

2tsps spirulina or green powder                          1 tsp flaxseed oil or grind seeds

1/3 tsp Nutritional Yeast                                      1 tsp raw honey

2 dates or prunes-pitted                                      1-2 Tbsps ACV Blend

1 “Emergen-C” Vitamin C packet                         1 tsp protein powder

 

1-2 bananas or fresh fruit                                    1/3 tsp Nutritional Yeast

1-2 tsps almond or nut butter                             1/2 tsp lecithin granules

 

Optional: 4-6 apricots ( sun-dried ) soak in jar overnight in putified distilled water or unsweetened pineapple juice. We soak enough to last for several days. Keep refrigerated.

In summer you can add organic fresh fruit: peaches, papaya, blueberries, strawberries, all berries, apricots, etc. instead of banana.

In winter, add apples, kiwi, oranges, tangelos, persimmons or pears, and if fresh is unavailable, try sugar-free, frozen organic fruits.
