Healthy fats are good sources of essential fatty acids,which can help to clear up a range of complaints including dry skin,listless hair and low energy levels.

Lecithin This is an emulsifier derived from soya,which is ideal to add to a juice or blend before any fats.Add 5-10ml/1-2 tsp to the ingredients in a blender.it tastes pleasant and helps fat digestion.

Evening primrose oil This can be helpful in alleviating pre-menstrual problems and for allergies.Pierce a capsule with a pin and squeeze into your juice or blend.

Walnuts oil This oil has a pleasant nutty taste and is light so it does not overwhelm juices.it is a good source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids,which are useful for nervous and hormonal health.Add 5 – 10ml/1-2 tsp to a glass of juice.Store in the refrigerator.
