There is a definite strong link between physical vigor and mental vigor. It all comes down to the fact that we must have a sound mind in a healthy body.
Some people actually build rock formations in their blood vessels supplying blood to their brains, just as great rock formations are made slowly in limestone caverns. You can see how these great columns of stalactites and stalagmites are formed, one drop at a time by inorganic mineral water. The brain does not turn into stone in a few years. But year after of ingesting inorganic mineral water and toxic foods will slowly build these rock formations in your brain and throughout your body!
The nervous system, which is made up of the brain and nerves, is the communication system of the body. Note that the nerves vary considerably in diameter and length.
The nervous system consists of two section controlled by a centralized “computer” command center- the brain:
- External Nervous System: controls the skin surface and external muscles of the body. It transmits to the brain’s command center that governs movements of the arms, legs, head and other external muscles, as well as the skin’s sensitivity to heat, cold and injury.
- Internal Nervous System: know as the Autonomic System- it has two subsystems, the Sympathetic and the Parasympathetic. These govern the internal functions of the body.
