Spinach-Coconut Surprisepo

1 cup coconut milk

½ avocado 

¼ cup fresh spinach 

1 apple, chopped

¼ tsp, peppermint extract

In blender, puree milk, avocado, spinach, apple, extract and ¼ cup ice. Sweeten to taste with maple syrup, if desired. Pour into glass. top with whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder, if desired. Makes 1 serving. Bonus! the peetian in apples improves digestion.


Chocolate-Banana Blastofflo

1 cup milk

½ avocado

1 banana

2 Tbs. cocoa powder

In blender, puree all ingredients with ¼ cup ice until smooth. Sweeten to taste with maple syrup, if desired. Makes 1 serving. Bonus! the polyphenols in cocoa powder turn off fat storage. 


Very-Berry Vanilla Blissop

1 cup almond milk 

½ avocado

½ cup raspberries

¼ cup blueberries

1 tsp. vanilla extract

In blender, puree all ingredients with ¼ cup ice until smooth. Sweeten to taste with honey and garnish with fresh berries, if desired. Makes 1 serving. Bonus! The ellagie acid in raspberries erases wrinkles.
