My father and I are very loyal to our fasting program. We know what it has done for us, for members of our family, friends, and millions of Bragg health conscious students all over the world. The Bragg health conscious students all over the world. The Bragg Healthy Lifestyle calls for 4 longer fasts a year, along with faithful weekly 24 or 36 hours fast. I always fast first 3 days of every month and all day each Monday. Also, I usually take with joy my longer, cleansing fasts at beginning of each season.
